You can fly into the Avignon airport - which is small and has few flights, but or fly into Paris, Charles de Gaulle (Roissy to most French people) and take the TGV train to the new Avignon TGV station. The TGV train leaves directly out of Charles de G. airport next to international arrivals and arrives into Avignon in just a couple of hours.

Friends In France Travel Seminar (In English)

The program stresses unhurried and personalized exploration of the region in a small travel group of no more than 10 people. Morning and evening meals are prepared by the expert chefs at the Villa; and guests are invited to participate in cooking a la Provençale Mid-day meals are in restaurants and bistros that specialize in traditional Provençale cuisine.

Groups are limited in size to insure a personalized service for every participant, day and night. The Explore Provencal Cuisine Package includes double room accommodations, guided programs in English, with themes including arts, markets and historic estates; meals, entrance fees, travel and medical insurance, and ground transportation.
